Refund Policy

Free Trial

Prongs offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. This gives you time to evaluate whether Prongs is right for you before committing to a subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • You retain access to all features until your current period ends.

Refunds

Because we offer a generous free trial, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments. However, we understand that circumstances vary. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • You were charged after you believed you had canceled.
  • A technical issue prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges).

To request a refund, contact us at support@prongspublishing.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us at support@prongspublishing.com. We recommend exporting your content before requesting deletion, as this action is irreversible.
